Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier service, and order volume. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are only estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong shipping address. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help update it.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Do you accept refunds?
Refund requests may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item has a verified manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for review, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence taken during the unboxing process. The evidence must show the package being opened and the defect clearly.
Refunds may not be approved without valid unboxing proof.
Are color or size differences considered defects?
Minor differences in color, print placement, sizing, fabric texture, or finishing may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or production variations. These are not considered defects.
